Citrus Smoked Seabass, using local limes and lemons to create the freshness that brings out the natural flavor of our Seabass. Locally raised and sources, we derive our Seabass directly from the farms to ensure the most high quality product while making sure the Seabass takes the least amount of time to go from farm to smoker. Our farms are sustainable and the fish are naturally raised without any hormones or antibiotics. We pride ourselves in the most natural state of a Seabass in order to create a product you can count on for you family to enjoy. Each fillet is meticulously cured, dried and smoked with local Acacia wood and the end result is a hand carved Seabass that has a hint of citrus and a sweetness of smoke.
